No Name on the Sign: Chilled Tantanmen at Ramen Sho in Musashisakai
"Ramen Sho" is a ramen shop with absolutely no store name displayed anywhere, neither on the outside nor inside the store (see Google Maps).
Although I sensed a somewhat uneasy vibe at first, my worries were completely unfounded; it turns out they simply went independent from the well-known "Seiya" in January of this year.

The time is almost midnight. A 1-minute walk from Musashisakai Station, right after entering the famous Skip Street, you'll find "Ramen Sho," a ramen shop with no sign.
Summer Limited "Chilled Tantanmen"
I ordered the summer-limited Chilled Tantanmen (1,000 yen).
It comes topped with chunky minced meat, served in a style where the chilled, sesame-based soup coats the noodles.
You can choose between thin or thick noodles. The spiciness is mild, making it easy to eat, and the portion size is highly satisfying.
There are no tomatoes on it, either (important).
Grateful for Late-Night Hours
My free time tends to be late at night, so being open until around 2:00 AM is very much appreciated.
The Chilled Tantanmen is available for a limited time during the summer, but the Iekei ramen, which has been around since the shop's Seiya era, is still going strong.
If you are in the area, please give it a try.
