Yokohama Iekei Ramen 'Ichikakuya' Opens at Cocoria Tama Center on June 22! Rising at the Former Musashi Site
On Monday, June 22, the popular Yokohama iekei ramen chain Ichikakuya (壱角家) opened on the basement level food court of Cocoria Tama Center, a commercial facility in Tama City.
The space previously housed Charshuya Musashi from July 2021 until March 2026.
After about three months since its closure, the location has been reborn as a new ramen restaurant.
Ichikakuya is a specialist iekei ramen chain serving tonkotsu soy sauce-based soup with medium-thick noodles.
However, this Tama Center location is more than just a simple iekei ramen shop.
A Hybrid Shop with Three Brands Under One Roof
The newly opened Ichikakuya Cocoria Tama Center is a hybrid-format restaurant offering menus from three different brands at a single location.
The three brands are:
- Yokohama Iekei Ramen Ichikakuya: Iekei ramen (soy sauce and salt) with tonkotsu soy sauce soup
- Abura Soba Sohonten: "Abura soba" (noodles in a special sauce) and "Korean nori tamago abura soba" and more
- Jonetsu no Sutameshi Dondon: Rice-based dishes
Whether you're on your way home from school or after some shopping, the lineup — from iekei ramen to abura soba to rice bowls — has something for everyone.
It's a one-stop shop that caters to a wide range of tastes.
Special Opening Day Price
On opening day, Monday June 22, the standard-size ramen (soy sauce or salt), normally priced at 780 yen (tax included), was available at a special price of 710 yen (tax included).
The opening day special has ended, but the regular menu starts from 780 yen (tax included) for ramen.
A diverse selection of dishes including abura soba and sutameshi are also available.

The food court has a total of 215 seats.
